The project was SGN/Forefront and Thames Water/JB Construction working collaboratively in the same area. Although the works were within the Lambeth Borough, it was bordering other boroughs who were kept updated on plans to avoid conflicts and traffic chaos.
Between the planned conference calls, JB Construction and ourselves held other meetings to keep the momentum up and had both organisations discussing roles & responsibilities, such as cost sharing, TM plans, who excavates and who reinstates the area.
The project started on 24th July 2021 and took approximately 5 weeks to complete. Thames Water then took over the site and continued with their operations. SGN/FF excavated 40m of trench for water and gas and after completing our operations handed the site to TW. TW backfilled and reinstated the site.
The following is not a comprehensive list of the companies involved but does indicate some of the parties that had to be communicated with to keep the project on target:

• JB Construction (TW contractor)
• Lambeth Council (who were the local authority for Gipsy Hill)
