Scheme background
The project involved a collaboration between UK Power Networks (UKPN), Thames Water and Transport for London (TfL), reducing disruption by 13 days.
UKPN’s work formed part of a larger 11kV scheme to install new services, while Thames Water completed sewer cover replacement works.
Communication with Local Stakeholders
UKPN and Thames Water coordinated their programmes with TfL to operate under shared traffic management on Monument Way.
UKPN delivered letters to residents and businesses and provided updates on the planned works.
